This document is a starting template prepared for the CityIntegrator platform. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer in each jurisdiction you operate in before launch — regional data-protection requirements in the GCC, UK and EU differ materially.

Scope

These terms cover use of cityintegrator.com and the CityIntegrator partner portal. Software licences are governed by the separate licence agreement supplied with them, and any deployment contract is between the end customer and their integrator.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation, probe or test the security of the platform without written authorisation, scrape content systematically, or use the site to distribute malware.

Partner portal accounts

Portal accounts are issued to named individuals at partner companies. Credentials must not be shared. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us immediately if you believe it is compromised.

Partner pricing confidentiality

Partner pricing shown in the portal is commercially confidential and must not be disclosed to end customers or third parties.

Content accuracy

Product information is maintained from our product database. Deployment-specific figures — throughput, accuracy, storage — depend on hardware, camera geometry and site conditions and are established during the site survey, not from this website.

Intellectual property

Content and software on this site are owned by CityIntegrator or its licensors. Partner-facing collateral may be used for legitimate sales activity relating to CityIntegrator products.

Liability

The website is provided as-is. Nothing here forms a warranty about a specific deployment; those obligations sit in the licence agreement and the integrator's contract.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes to the partner programme are announced in the portal.
