Most Smart City vendors sell an integrator a price list. We think that is the least valuable thing we can offer.
We generate demand, not just licences
Our marketing produces project enquiries. Those enquiries are scored, matched to partners by territory, certification and response history, and routed with a response SLA. A partner who certifies and responds quickly receives more of them. That is a materially different relationship from a reseller agreement.
Deal registration means something
Register a project and it is protected for the protection window. Another partner cannot register the same end customer in the same territory while that holds. Pre-sales investment is expensive; protecting it is the minimum a channel owes its partners.
Progression is measured, not negotiated
Partner level is derived from a published score: response time, deal conversion, completed projects, support performance, certification, customer feedback, volume, training and profile completeness. The rules are the same for everyone and visible in your portal.
One platform, not a catalogue
An integrator who starts with ANPR can add parking, analytics and access control without re-architecting. That protects your customer relationship, because the second project does not open the door to a competitor.
Support that has context
When you raise a ticket, it carries the product, the version and your deployment history. The platform suggests known fixes before the ticket is even filed. Second-line support exists so your engineers are not alone on site.
